1906 to 1990
Regionaal Historisch Centrum Eindhoven
From 1906 to 1990 the Regionaal Historisch Centrum Eindhoven (RHCe) holds the files, in two series, 1906 to 1945 and 1946 to 1990. Both are on paper and not yet digitised. The oldest series can only be found through cadastral research, not by address. Requests go through the form on the RHCe website; expect a longer processing time.

(RHCe), in twee reeksen (1906 t/m 1945 en 1946 t/m 1990), allebei analoog en nog niet gedigitaliseerd. De oudste reeks is alleen via kadastraal onderzoek te vinden, niet op adres. Aanvragen met het formulier op https://www.rhc-eindhoven.nl/bouwdossiers-aanvragen, tel. (040) 264 99 40, en reken op een langere doorlooptijd.

Worth knowing
For recent years the municipality of Veldhoven handles it by email at omgevingsloket@veldhoven.nl. The reply comes by email within two weeks. The starting price is € 10,55, with a little more for each additional file.

I put together the file for your address
For € 145 including VAT I collect the building file and everything else known about your address that can matter structurally: the cone penetration tests nearby, the soil profile, the foundation picture of the neighbourhood, the plot details and the aerial photographs year by year. With it you get a reader's guide in English that says what is there and what is missing. For € 295 I also map the load-bearing structure of the house: the walls that carry load on each floor, the roof, the foundation and what keeps it stable. Only after what the public records say, without the archive? Then there is the address report for € 95.
Have me do the structural calculation afterwards and this amount comes off it. If the archive holds nothing, you get your money back.
